The Supreme Court last week, in their hearing oral arguments on the California Prop 8 case, asked some surprisingly tough and searching questions on whether it is wise to de-gender the family. Not sure if I know of one mainline media journalist or commentator – who is not a partisan – who has even considered that their might good reason to question redefining marriage and the family in such a way, much less asked them.
I wrote a summary of these important questions from the hearings last week and the First Things blog posted it, with a remarkably 2600 (and counting) shares on FB.
